Welcome all descendants of Jonathan Blackmore and Susannah Halbert Pratt. Time flies and it is once again time for Pratt Family Reunion.  There are a lot of changes this time around. As technology advances new opportunities present themselves for keeping the family connected. The move to the internet should help with staying in touch each other. Here are some of the things to look forward to this year.
The theme of this years reunion is Pratt Family Adventures.  This year 2012 marks the 150th anniversary of Jonathan Blackmore Pratt and his family arrival in Southern Utah.  They were called to serve in the Cotton Mission by Brigham Young.  At that time Southern Utah was a wild, remote, and unexplored part of the country.  It was the beginning of the Civil War and it was thought that there would be a need for the cotton that they hoped to raise.  It was an incredible adventure that set the tone for the Pratt family for generations to come. I hope that you call can join us for this special celebration.

Some things to look forward to this year.

The reunion party is moving from the Springdale Park to the Rockville Park.  The Rockville Park has a much larger pavilion and is much more private, oh and it's cheaper too.

We want your photos.  Do you have old photos of old reunions that you would like to share. Photos of your family members from times gone by, bring them to share with everyone.

The Pratt family adventure blog.  We've set up a special blog for you to share your family adventures with the rest of us.  We want to see what everyone is doing.

Reunion adventures. We have some suggested family adventures for you to explore while you're here. take some time to explore and take pictures send them to us and the one who visits the most sites and takes pictures will win the Pratt family tee shirt of there choice.

The Pratt Family Time Capsule.  We are going to create a time capsule of the 2012 family reunion to be opened at the family reunion in 2062.
